In this highly impactful role, you will be a key member of the engineering team, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance for our clients' complex RF, networking, and telecommunication products. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and procedures for RF, networking, and telecommunication products and sub-assemblies.
- Perform hands-on debugging and root cause analysis of hardware, firmware, and system-level issues in a lab environment.
- Liaise with Design, NPI, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance teams to resolve technical challenges and meet stringent customer delivery objectives.
- Design, implement, and maintain Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and test fixtures to improve test coverage and manufacturing efficiency.
- Analyze test yields and data to identify trends, drifts, and systemic issues; drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Generate detailed test reports and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain test equipment calibration and laboratory standards.
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects focused on test time reduction, yield enhancement, and defect elimination.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a Test, Debug, or Product Engineering role, preferably in an RF, Networking, or Telecom environment.
- Deep understanding of RF fundamentals, modulation techniques (QPSK, QAM, OFDM), and wireless communication standards (e.g., 4G LTE, 5G NR, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth).
- Proficiency in using standard RF test equipment: Spectrum Analyzers, Vector Network Analyzers (VNA), Signal Generators, Power Meters, and Oscilloscopes.
- Experience with test automation scripting using Python, LabVIEW, or C# is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of high-volume manufacturing processes (SMT, ICT, Functional Test) and associated quality systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Strong problem-solving skills, structured thinking, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
