- Analyze software requirements, specifications, and technical designs to create comprehensive test plans and strategies.
- Identify and select test cases for automation, develop robust automation frameworks, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools.
- Execute automated test suites, meticulously analyze test results, and promptly report defects to development teams with detailed documentation.
- Collaborate with developers and DevOps engineers to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring seamless quality gates.
- Monitor and enhance testing processes, tools, and methodologies to improve overall efficiency and test coverage.
- Participate in code reviews of test scripts and mentor junior team members on best practices in test automation.
- Conduct risk analysis and impact assessments to prioritize testing efforts and optimize resource allocation.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in test automation and quality engineering to drive innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience as a Test Automation Engineer, QA Automation Engineer, or similar role within an agile software development environment.
- Strong proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Katalon Studio.
- Solid programming skills in one or more languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#) for writing test scripts.
- Demonstrated experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI) and performance testing (e.g., JMeter) is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps), and containerization (Docker).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
