Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks to improve efficiency and test coverage.
- Define and implement a centralized quality strategy across all product development cycles.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to identify testable requirements and user scenarios.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts for web, API, and mobile applications.
- Monitor and analyze test results to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for software improvement.
- Integrate automated testing suites into CI/CD pipelines to facilitate seamless deployment.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior QA team members and promote best practices in quality engineering.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in software testing with a heavy focus on automation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Extensive experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured.
- Excellent analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
