Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand system requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
- Identify, record, and track software defects thoroughly using industry-standard bug-tracking tools.
- Develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks from the ground up for web and mobile applications.
- Analyze test results and generate detailed reports to identify trends and areas for performance improvement.
- Participate in peer code reviews to ensure high standards of quality and maintainability in automation scripts.
- Stay current with emerging trends in QA and test automation to continuously improve internal processes and methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in software testing with a heavy focus on automation.
- Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (Java, C#, or Python).
- Strong hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Solid understanding of SQL and database management for backend testing purposes.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively in a hybrid team environment.
