- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and validation of electronic components and assemblies
- Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce defects
- Document testing procedures, results, and process improvements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and calibration
- Implement quality control measures to ensure product compliance
- Train junior technicians on testing protocols and safety standards
- Analyze production data to identify process bottlenecks
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on testing/debugging experience
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and measurement equipment
- Familiarity with ISO quality standards and manufacturing processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts and under pressure
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Basic knowledge of SMT assembly and PCB inspection
