- Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging of RF components and systems using specialized equipment
- Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues
- Develop and implement test procedures for new and existing RF products
- Analyze test data to identify root causes of failures and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards
- Document test results, procedures, and improvement recommendations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in RF testing and debugging
- Strong knowledge of RF principles, test methodologies, and measurement techniques
- Proficiency with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators)
- Experience in manufacturing environments and production support
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
