Tanggung Jawab
- Perform diagnosis and repair of electronic test equipment and production fixtures to ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all faults, repairs, and downtime using the fault logging system.
- Minimize machine downtime by responding quickly to production issues and executing timely repairs.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on testers and fixtures to prevent equipment failure.
- Collaborate with the production engineering team to resolve technical issues and optimize workflow.
- Ensure all repaired equipment meets strict quality assurance and safety standards before returning to service.
- Analyze failure trends to suggest improvements for equipment maintenance processes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in electronics testing, debugging, or repair.
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuitry with hands-on troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other test instrumentation.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as required by production schedules.
