Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Test Development Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and integration of test programs for our advanced semiconductor devices. Your expertise will directly impact product quality, yield, and timeâtoâmarket.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, verify, and maintain test programs on automatic test equipment (ATE) platforms.
- Integrate test solutions into production workflows, ensuring smooth handoffs and minimal cycle time.
- Analyze test data and failure modes to drive yield improvement and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with design, product, and reliability teams to define test requirements and coverage.
- Automate test procedures using scripting languages (e.g., Python, C++) to increase efficiency.
- Support hardware and test infrastructure troubleshooting, including bench debugging.
- Contribute to Design for Test (DFT) initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in test program development for semiconductor devices.
- Proficiency with ATE platforms and understanding of test methodology.
- Solid programming skills in Python, C/C++, or similar languages.
- Experience with data analysis tools and statistical software is a plus.
- Strong problemâsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fastâpaced, multicultural environment.
