Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test sequences using National Instruments (NI) LabVIEW and TestStand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D and hardware engineering teams to define comprehensive test plans and validation strategies.
- Architect, build, and document custom test fixtures and hardware integration interfaces.
- Perform system debugging, data analysis, and root cause analysis to identify and resolve product defects.
- Optimize existing test software to improve test coverage, reduce cycle times, and increase yield rates.
- Ensure full compliance with industry quality standards and internal engineering processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote technical best practices within the testing laboratory.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in automated test development.
- Advanced proficiency in National Instruments LabVIEW (CLAD/CLD certification is a significant advantage).
- Strong working knowledge of NI TestStand for test sequence management and execution.
- Experience with instrumentation (DMMs, Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies) and communication protocols (GPIB, RS232, USB, Ethernet).
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a collaborative team environment.
