Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in software testing with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, JUnit, pytest)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with performance testing, security testing, and test strategy development
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Certifications in ISTQB, CSTE, or related testing credentials
