Qorvo is looking for a detail-oriented Test Development Technician to join our expanding team in Singapore. This is a newly created role that offers the unique opportunity to work at the cutting edge of RF and semiconductor technology. In this position, you will play a critical role in supporting the development, validation, and optimization of test processes for our high-performance product portfolio.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the setup, calibration, and maintenance of test equipment and hardware interfaces.
- Execute test programs and collect data for product characterization and validation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to test fixtures, probes, and automated test environments.
- Collaborate with Test Engineers to optimize test time and yield performance for new product introductions.
- Document test procedures, results, and maintenance logs in accordance with ISO and company quality standards.
- Support the installation and integration of new test hardware platforms on the production floor.
- Participate in root-cause analysis for production test failures and implement corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in a semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with test instrumentation such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
- Basic understanding of RF (Radio Frequency) concepts and semiconductor test methodologies.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and utilizing diagnostic tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with data analysis software (e.g., Excel, JMP, or Python) is a significant advantage.
