Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot semiconductor test equipment to ensure high availability and performance.
- Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled repairs on complex automated test platforms.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and test data to identify trends, issues, or equipment malfunctions.
- Collaborate with test engineers to perform equipment setup and validation for new product introduction (NPI).
- Execute daily operations and documentation updates in compliance with company ISO and safety standards.
- Support root cause analysis (RCA) activities for equipment downtime to minimize production impact.
- Assist in the implementation of equipment upgrades and process optimizations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or NITEC in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing or high-volume testing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose mechanical and electronic hardware issues.
- Proficiency in using test and measurement instruments (e.g., Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Spectrum Analyzers).
- Solid understanding of semiconductor testing processes and equipment maintenance protocols.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to strict safety and quality protocols.
- Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to technical problem-solving.
