We are seeking a hands-on Test & Development Technician / Application Engineer (AE) to join our team. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute detailed test plans and procedures for laser and photonic components and systems.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting, failure analysis, and root cause investigation on complex electro-optical assemblies.
- Collaborate with R&D and Manufacturing Engineering to optimize test processes for new product introductions (NPI).
- Design and implement automated test scripts using Python or LabVIEW to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
- Analyze production test data to identify trends, improve yields, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support customer application engineering by resolving technical inquiries and providing system-level integration support.
- Maintain test equipment, ensure calibration schedules are met, and uphold rigorous safety and 5S standards.
- Document all procedures, findings, and improvements thoroughly in compliance with company quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, Optoelectronics, or a related discipline.
- 0-3 years of relevant test, manufacturing, or application engineering experience. Strong fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Solid understanding of fundamental electronics, optics, and laser safety principles.
- Hands-on experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, optical power meters, and spectrum analyzers.
- Proficiency in test automation using Python, LabVIEW, or similar programming languages is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse, cross-functional team.
