In this role, you will be the final line of defense in our product development lifecycle, ensuring that our technological solutions meet the highest industry standards before they reach our customers.
As a Test Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze product features, design rigorous test procedures, and perform systematic quality checks. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze product specifications and design comprehensive test plans to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop, document, and execute detailed test procedures for new and existing product lines.
- Perform rigorous quality checks and troubleshoot technical issues to identify root causes of failures.
- Collaborate with R&D and design teams to recommend feature enhancements based on test findings.
- Maintain accurate records of testing data and generate detailed quality assessment reports.
- Monitor testing equipment and tools to ensure they are calibrated and functioning optimally.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline testing efficiency and product reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a testing, QA, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and testing best practices.
- Proficiency in utilizing technical testing tools, multimeters, and diagnostic software.
- Ability to interpret complex technical schematics and product design documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
