- Conduct comprehensive failure analysis on test equipment and components to identify root causes
- Debug and troubleshoot automated test systems to ensure optimal performance
- Develop strategies to reduce intermittent failures and minimize equipment downtime
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to support testing processes and quality control
- Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of test equipment
- Document test procedures, results, and improvement recommendations
- Implement cost-effective solutions to enhance test efficiency
- Work with engineering teams to improve test processes and reduce defect rates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in test engineering or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of failure analysis techniques and debugging methodologies
- Familiarity with test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.) and measurement tools
- Experience with programming languages (Python, C++) or test automation software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
