Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze manufacturing failure trends and implement corrective actions to improve yield.
- Perform comprehensive debugging and maintenance of production test equipment to ensure peak performance.
- Reduce equipment downtime by performing root cause analysis and preventative maintenance routines.
- Collaborate with quality and production engineering teams to optimize test coverage and efficiency.
- Document technical procedures, test reports, and equipment configurations for knowledge sharing.
- Provide technical training and support to production operators and junior technicians.
- Identify and implement automation solutions to decrease manual test processes and intermittent failure rates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a test or manufacturing engineering environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages (C, C++, or LabVIEW) for test software development.
- Strong understanding of electronic circuits, PCB assembly, and standard testing instrumentation (Oscilloscopes, Multimeters).
- Proven ability to perform complex root cause analysis and failure mode investigation.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively coordinate with diverse teams.
