- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify, document, and track defects
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution
- Validate system functionality, usability, performance, and security requirements
- Generate detailed test reports and present findings to stakeholders
- Implement and maintain test automation frameworks using industry-standard tools
- Continuously improve testing methodologies and QA processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG)
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (black-box, white-box, regression)
- Experience with defect tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and documentation abilities
