Tanggung Jawab
- Design, setup, and configure functional test systems for new and existing product lines according to PAV specifications.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Test Engineering (PTE) team to interpret technical requirements and implement them into test protocols.
- Execute comprehensive test plans, analyze results, and document findings to ensure product reliability.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and report test failures or anomalies with high accuracy.
- Maintain and update test fixtures, equipment, and software tools to ensure optimal testing conditions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test efficiency and coverage.
- Ensure all test documentation and reports adhere to Bosch quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in test engineering, functional testing, or quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of test methodologies, specifications, and validation processes.
- Familiarity with reading and implementing complex technical test specifications (PAV).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical information effectively.
- Proficiency in using test measurement instruments and software tools.
