Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the integrity of production systems and operations.
- Monitor production environments in real-time to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Collaborate with development and engineering teams to diagnose root causes of defects and validate fixes.
- Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, execution results, and defect reports within the JIRA system.
- Ensure all production operational requirements are fully met and that system performance benchmarks are upheld.
- Conduct regression testing and performance analysis to prevent future system downtime.
- Communicate technical findings and progress updates effectively to stakeholders and management.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proven work experience as a Test Engineer, QA Engineer, or in a similar operational support role.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, life cycles, and quality assurance principles.
- Familiarity with SQL and database query verification for data integrity testing.
- Experience using defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and version control systems.
- Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
