Tanggung Jawab
- Provide dedicated test engineering support to customer accounts, minimizing operational downtime
- Monitor and maintain stable test operations through proactive system optimization
- Analyze production failures to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation and performance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance test protocols and quality standards
- Conduct regular equipment calibration and validation to ensure measurement accuracy
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing methodologies and processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in test engineering within manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in test equipment operation and calibration procedures
- Strong analytical skills with experience in failure analysis and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with quality control standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for client interaction and technical documentation
