Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for hardware/software systems
- Develop detailed test cases and scripts covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Implement automated testing frameworks to enhance efficiency
- Validate product specifications against technical requirements
- Generate detailed test reports and quality metrics for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in test engineering roles
- Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG)
- Familiarity with defect tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
