- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and procedures for hardware/software systems
- Identify, document, and track defects using quality management tools
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate product specifications and requirements
- Perform automated and manual testing, including functional, regression, and integration testing
- Analyze test data and provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations
- Implement and maintain test environments, equipment, and calibration protocols
- Continuously improve testing methodologies to enhance efficiency and coverage
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in test engineering or quality assurance
- Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., LabVIEW, Python, Selenium)
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other test equipment
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
