Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust testing procedures for production lines to ensure product quality.
- Conduct systematic debugging of testing equipment and electronic components to minimize production downtime.
- Analyze test data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Perform regular calibration and preventative maintenance on test systems and fixtures.
- Collaborate with the R&D and Manufacturing teams to integrate new test methods for upcoming product launches.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to increase First Pass Yield (FPY) and reduce overall test time.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and documentation for quality assurance audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a test engineering capacity.
- Proficiency in reading schematics, technical drawings, and using standard measurement tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with production data analysis tools and quality management systems (ISO standards).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing production schedules and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
