Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software and hardware modules.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure product stability.
- Participate in agile sprint planning and provide technical feedback on product requirements.
- Automate manual testing processes to improve efficiency and reduce delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with international teams to support global product releases.
- Maintain technical documentation and test result reports for quality assurance compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Proficiency in programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++).
- Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
- Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) and automation frameworks.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to adapt to a high-pressure environment and meet tight project deadlines.
