Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test programs for semiconductor devices to ensure high yield and quality standards.
- Analyze test data and identify root causes for failures; implement corrective actions to improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design engineering, quality assurance, and production to streamline product development cycles.
- Configure and calibrate test hardware and software platforms to ensure maximum precision and performance.
- Document test procedures, generate technical reports, and maintain accurate records for quality management compliance.
- Conduct equipment upgrades and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
- Participate in new product introduction (NPI) phases to define test requirements and validation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a testing or manufacturing role within the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Proficiency in test programming languages (such as C++, Python, or LabVIEW) and experience with automated test equipment (ATE).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical schematics and data.
- Solid understanding of semiconductor device physics and quality control standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to interpret statistical process control (SPC) data to drive process improvements.
