Join Norautron Malaysia as a Test Engineer and play a pivotal role in ensuring product excellence within our dynamic high-mix PCBA manufacturing environment. You will be at the forefront of quality assurance, designing and executing comprehensive test strategies that validate product functionality, reliability, and performance. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of failures, implement corrective actions, and continuously improve testing processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and optimize test plans/procedures for PCBA assemblies in high-mix manufacturing
- Operate and maintain automated test systems, including ICT, FCT, and environmental testing equipment
- Analyze test data to identify failure patterns and drive quality improvements
- Design/test fixtures and custom test solutions for complex electronic assemblies
- Document test results, procedures, and quality reports with precision
- Support new product introduction (NPI) testing and validation activities
- Ensure compliance with IPC-A-610 and ISO quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related technical field
- 3+ years of test engineering experience in PCB assembly manufacturing
- Proficiency with test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, bed-of-nails testers)
- Strong understanding of PCBA testing methodologies (ICT, FCT, BOM verification)
- Familiarity with quality management systems and defect analysis tools
- Experience with test automation scripting (Python, LabVIEW) preferred
- Certification in IPC-A-610 or equivalent quality standards
