Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software and hardware systems
- Implement automated testing frameworks using industry-standard tools and methodologies
- Identify, document, and track defects through the entire resolution lifecycle
- Collaborate with engineering teams to validate product requirements and design specifications
- Conduct root cause analysis of failures and recommend preventive measures
- Maintain and enhance test environments to ensure accurate and repeatable testing
- Generate detailed test reports and metrics to drive quality improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software/hardware testing or quality assurance
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) and scripting languages
- Familiarity with testing methodologies (black-box, white-box, regression, integration)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Experience with defect tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Knowledge of industry standards (ISO, IEEE, IEC) and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
