Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive test plans and procedures for automation systems
- Execute manual and automated testing protocols to validate product performance
- Analyze test data and implement corrective actions for quality improvements
- Collaborate with R&D teams to enhance product reliability and efficiency
- Document test results and maintain quality control documentation
- Optimize testing equipment and methodologies to reduce operational costs
- Ensure compliance with international safety and quality standards (ISO/IEC)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial testing environments
- Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., LabVIEW, TestStand)
- Strong analytical skills with statistical process control knowledge
- Experience with PLC systems and industrial automation protocols
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001) preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
