Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical design documents to formulate comprehensive test plans and test scenarios.
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases covering functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Log, track, and manage software defects using industry-standard tools like Jira or HP ALM, collaborating closely with developers for timely resolution.
- Perform detailed impact analysis and execute regression testing to ensure existing banking systems remain stable post-deployment.
- Prepare detailed test execution reports, metrics, and summary dashboards for project managers and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate actively with business analysts and development teams to clarify system behaviors and user requirements.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist, Test Analyst, or Test Engineer, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Micro Focus ALM, or Zephyr.
- Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium) or API testing tools (e.g., Postman) is a strong advantage.
