Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans for manufacturing processes and products
- Analyze test data to identify quality trends, defects, and opportunities for process improvement
- Develop and execute automated testing scripts to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot equipment and resolve technical issues
- Document test procedures, results, and quality metrics in compliance with industry standards
- Validate product specifications against engineering requirements and regulatory guidelines
- Recommend and implement process optimization strategies to enhance manufacturing quality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing test engineering or quality assurance
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and quality methodologies
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other relevant quality standards
- Experience with PLC programming, automated testing systems, and precision measurement tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and technical documentation
- Effective communication abilities for collaborating with cross-functional teams
