Tanggung Jawab
- Execute manual test scripts to verify core phone functionality including calls, SMS, and data connectivity.
- Conduct thorough testing of internet access speeds, browser performance, and network stability across various bands.
- Validate the performance of pre-installed applications and mobile games to ensure a lag-free user experience.
- Log and track software bugs and hardware anomalies using internal quality tracking software.
- Perform regression testing after software updates or patches are applied to devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to replicate reported user issues in a controlled lab environment.
- Maintain detailed logs and documentation of test results for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent vocational training).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of mobile operating systems (Android/iOS) and network technologies.
- Proven ability to follow technical instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-volume testing environment.
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance or hardware testing is highly preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
