Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues during the development phase.
- Maintain and update automated testing scripts to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct thorough product inspections to ensure compliance with internal quality and industry standards.
- Analyze testing data to identify performance trends and suggest improvements.
- Document all test results, bug reports, and root cause analysis effectively.
- Participate in technical meetings to brainstorm design improvements and quality optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; prior internship experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of testing methodologies and quality assurance protocols.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic technical documentation software.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing collaborative team.
- Familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, or automated test systems is an advantage.
