Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans for vehicle systems, components, and assemblies
- Execute hands-on testing procedures including functional, performance, and durability assessments
- Analyze test data, identify anomalies, and document detailed technical reports
- Collaborate with design and production teams to resolve quality issues
- Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Utilize diagnostic tools and specialized testing equipment accurately
- Continuously improve testing methodologies and contribute to process optimization
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in vehicle testing or automotive quality assurance
- Familiarity with automotive testing standards (ISO 16750, SAE J1939, etc.)
- Proficiency in diagnostic equipment and testing software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and root cause analysis expertise
