Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement hardware and software solutions for semiconductor test equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related technical issues on the production floor.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance and calibration of test systems to ensure peak performance and compliance.
- Analyze test data to identify trends, optimize throughput, and reduce equipment downtime.
- Participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP) to enhance technical proficiency and leadership capabilities.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for equipment operations and maintenance procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on test efficiency and cost reduction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and automated test equipment (ATE).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, or Python for equipment automation.
- Ability to interpret complex electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong desire for professional development and commitment to the CAP training program.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and global team environment.
