Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality against business requirements
- Perform systematic validation of software systems to ensure compliance with specifications
- Analyze and document data errors, discrepancies, and system inconsistencies
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve identified issues
- Execute test cases and maintain detailed test documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
- Communicate testing progress and results to stakeholders effectively
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies
- Strong attention to detail with analytical problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Eagerness to learn new testing tools and technologies
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in QA/testing preferred
