Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee end-to-end QA delivery for complex Telecom OSS/BSS ecosystem projects.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, including manual, automation, and performance testing.
- Manage and mentor multi-vendor project teams to ensure alignment with project milestones and quality benchmarks.
- Drive the implementation of advanced automation frameworks and Agentic QA methodologies to reduce time-to-market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and software engineers, to resolve critical technical bottlenecks.
- Conduct deep-dive defect analysis and provide actionable insights for process improvement.
- Ensure adherence to rigorous security and compliance standards inherent in telecommunications infrastructure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in QA leadership within the Telecommunications (OSS/BSS) domain.
- Strong technical expertise in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, or Appium).
- Proven ability to manage multi-vendor environments and lead offshore/distributed teams.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-native testing environments.
- Experience with Agentic QA, AI-driven testing tools, or predictive analytics in testing is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
