Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and troubleshoot Final Test (FT) equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules and corrective actions for semiconductor test systems
- Analyze test data to identify equipment inefficiencies and propose process improvements
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve test-related bottlenecks and quality issues
- Document maintenance procedures, test results, and failure analysis reports
- Support new product introduction (NPI) by validating test equipment readiness
- Ensure compliance with EHS standards and quality management systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor test maintenance engineering
- Proficiency in automated test equipment (ATE) and semiconductor testing methodologies
- Strong diagnostic skills for troubleshooting hardware, software, and process-related issues
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs in high-volume manufacturing
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and cross-functional communication skills
