The Role
We are currently seeking a Test Maintenance Technician to support and sustain our Final Test (FT) operations. In this essential role, you will ensure that our production equipment operates at peak efficiency. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and collaborate with engineering teams to optimize test processes for high-volume production. Your contribution will directly impact the quality, yield, and on-time delivery of our semiconductor products.
Key Challenges & Opportunities
You will be working with advanced Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and handling systems. You will be expected to apply strong analytical skills to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Final Test (FT) equipment including ATE, handlers, and probers.
- Troubleshoot equipment faults to the component level to minimize downtime and maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Execute equipment setup, changeover, and calibration according to production schedules and specifications.
- Collaborate with Process and Product Engineering teams on yield improvement, NPI (New Product Introduction), and process optimization projects.
- Monitor equipment performance data and drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, spare parts inventory, and technical documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and cleanroom discipline standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in semiconductor Final Test (FT) or equipment maintenance is highly valued; fresh graduates with a strong academic record are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) such as Teradyne, Advantest, or Chroma is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and lean manufacturing principles.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English is required.
- Willingness to work in dynamic shift rotations supporting a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
