Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of test equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in electronic, electrical, and mechanical components of test equipment.
- Execute calibration procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of measurement instruments.
- Assist engineers in the setup, testing, and qualification of new test fixtures and processes.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and calibration records accurately and promptly.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of maintenance protocols.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide technical support and training to production operators on equipment usage and basic troubleshooting.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or test engineering, preferably in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of electronic circuits, schematics, and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in using various test and measurement instruments (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to fault diagnosis.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with quality control systems (e.g., ISO) and lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
