Our Kulim facility is a world-class center for high-volume semiconductor assembly and test, and we are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Test Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic Final Test (FT) operations team.
As a vital member of our team, you will be entrusted with ensuring the performance, uptime, and reliability of our advanced Final Test equipment. This is a hands-on role where you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues on ATE (Automated Test Equipment), and support the smooth transition of new products into high-volume manufacturing. Your work will directly impact production efficiency, product quality, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Final Test (FT) equipment to maximize uptime and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and repair semiconductor testers, handlers, and related peripherals (e.g., Teradyne, Advantest, ETS)
- Support engineering teams in new product introductions (NPI) and process qualification runs
- Conduct regular equipment calibration, alignment, and performance verification checks
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for technical support and repairs
- Document maintenance activities and update equipment logs in accordance with ISO standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (kaizen, TPM) to reduce downtime and cost
- Assist in defining and optimizing equipment maintenance procedures and work instructions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronic Engineering or a related field
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in semiconductor test equipment maintenance (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply)
- Hands-on experience with ATE platforms (Teradyne, Advantest, or similar) is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a systematic approach to problem-solving
- Good understanding of electronic circuits, components, and PCB schematics
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and support 12-hour rotating shifts as required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural team
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CMMS systems)
