You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives on our production lines.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on a variety of laser and optoelectronic test equipment.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex electronic and mechanical failures in test systems to minimize downtime.
- Document maintenance activities, calibration results, and machine performance data in accordance with ISO standards.
- Support the calibration of test fixtures and instruments to ensure high measurement accuracy.
- Collaborate with engineers to assist in the installation and commissioning of new production test equipment.
- Train junior staff or production operators on basic equipment handling and safety protocols.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance machine reliability and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance (fresh graduates with strong theoretical foundations are encouraged to apply for the Junior position).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with test instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia for effective reporting and documentation.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and support shift operations as required.
