In this role, you will be the driving force behind our SIT (System Integration Testing) strategy, ensuring that our software solutions meet the highest standards of excellence before they reach the market.
You will lead cross-functional teams, overseeing the end-to-end testing lifecycle. From designing robust test plans to managing complex defect lifecycles, your technical expertise and leadership will be critical in maintaining the integrity of our software ecosystem. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive SIT test plans aligned with project scope and business objectives.
- Establish and enforce robust test governance frameworks to ensure quality standards across all project phases.
- Lead the defect management lifecycle, from identification and prioritization to resolution and regression testing.
- Provide detailed quality metrics, status reports, and actionable insights to senior stakeholders and project managers.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and smooth integration processes.
- Identify process improvements and implement automated testing tools to enhance efficiency and coverage.
- Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership capacity.
- Expertise in SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) methodologies.
- Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., Jira, ALM, Zephyr) and defect tracking workflows.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC models, particularly Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Relevant industry certifications such as ISTQB Test Manager are highly desirable.
