Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional testing teams, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement
- Design and execute manual, automated, and performance testing across web and mobile applications
- Establish quality gates, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to track testing effectiveness
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define test requirements and acceptance criteria
- Drive adoption of testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail) and CI/CD integration
- Manage defect lifecycle, prioritize issues, and ensure timely resolution with development teams
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for critical functionalities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5+ years of testing experience with 2+ years in test leadership/management roles
- Expert knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and industry standards (ISTQB, TMMi)
- Proven experience with automation frameworks and performance testing tools
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in test management (e.g., ISTQB Advanced Test Manager) preferred
- Experience in leading testing initiatives for enterprise-scale software products
