Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive testing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead and mentor QA teams through effective coaching and performance management
- Oversee end-to-end test execution including regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve critical defects
- Implement and optimize automated testing frameworks using industry-standard tools
- Establish quality metrics and reporting mechanisms for stakeholder communication
- Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expert knowledge of testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps)
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, JIRA, TestRail)
- Strong experience managing QA teams of 5+ professionals
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certifications in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance frameworks
