Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor cross-functional testing teams to ensure comprehensive coverage of quality assurance processes
- Develop and execute strategic test plans aligned with project timelines and business objectives
- Implement automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage
- Overall responsibility for defect management, tracking, and resolution across product lifecycle
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to integrate quality checkpoints in development workflows
- Establish and maintain quality metrics, reporting systems, and process documentation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing methodologies and tools
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in quality assurance with 3+ years in test leadership roles
- Proven expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
- Certifications in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance credentials preferred
- Experience in regulated industries (manufacturing, FMCG, or tobacco) highly advantageous
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex requirements into test scenarios
