Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end testing lifecycle for banking applications and systems
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies aligned with banking regulations
- Manage QA teams, including resource allocation and performance tracking
- Oversee functional, integration, regression, and performance testing activities
- Implement test automation frameworks to enhance efficiency
- Ensure compliance with banking industry standards (e.g., PCI DSS, PSD2)
- Report test metrics and quality insights to senior stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 8 years of testing experience with 3+ years in management
- Proven banking/financial services domain expertise
- ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification or equivalent
- Strong proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail)
- Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies
- Knowledge of banking compliance frameworks
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills
