Alphaeus Pte. Ltd. is currently seeking a highly skilled and strategic Test Manager to spearhead end-to-end testing initiatives for a high-stakes, large-scale infrastructure migration program. Operating within the dynamic banking and financial services sector, this role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless transition of critical systems while maintaining rigorous compliance and performance standards.
As the Test Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for quality assurance, overseeing the testing lifecycle from planning through to execution and final sign-off. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and implement robust test automation frameworks to mitigate risks associated with complex cloud and on-premise migrations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts for large-scale infrastructure migration projects.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with infrastructure architects, developers, and business stakeholders to identify technical risks and migration dependencies.
- Manage end-to-end testing lifecycles, ensuring alignment with project timelines and banking compliance standards.
- Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing), SIT (System Integration Testing), and performance testing phases.
- Drive the adoption of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools to accelerate deployment cycles.
- Monitor and report on testing progress, defect resolution status, and overall system readiness to project leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in QA/Testing roles, with a proven track record in infrastructure or cloud migration projects.
- Deep understanding of the banking/financial domain and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps) and industry-standard defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ALM).
- Demonstrated experience in managing automation frameworks and performance testing tools.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business units.
- Professional certification (e.g., ISTQB, PMP, or CSM) is highly advantageous.
