Join Luxoft as a Test Manager / PMO and drive excellence in our Testing Center of Excellence (TCOE). - Lead end-to-end testing lifecycle management for complex projects
- Develop and maintain data-driven PMO dashboards for testing metrics
- Optimize resource allocation and project timelines within TCOE framework
- Implement continuous improvement strategies for testing processes
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define quality assurance deliverables
- Generate executive reports on testing progress and risk mitigation
- Mentor team members on testing methodologies and PMO best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years' experience in Test Management or PMO roles
- Expertise in testing frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in IT environments
- Proven track record in implementing testing optimization initiatives
