As a Test Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a critical role in our production floor. You will be responsible for executing test plans, analyzing complex data, and ensuring our equipment operates at peak performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute in-line and end-of-line testing procedures for semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure product quality.
- Analyze test data and identify root causes of defects to improve yield and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process engineers and QA specialists, to resolve technical issues.
- Develop and maintain accurate test reports and documentation in compliance with industry standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to optimize manufacturing workflows.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of test hardware and software systems.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and cleanroom regulations during all testing activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 1-3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, test engineering, or process engineering.
- Familiarity with semiconductor process tools, metrology, or wafer fab operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical data.
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment (Class 10 or better).
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Python, MATLAB, or SQL) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (4:00 PM – 1:30 AM).
