Join Flex, a global leader in electronics manufacturing services, as a Test / Manufacturing Engineering Assistant. In this pivotal role, you will support the engineering lifecycle by analyzing, reviewing, and implementing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to ensure seamless production transitions. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a passion for engineering and process improvement. As a Test / Manufacturing Engineering Assistant, you will play a key role in validating product performance and supporting the manufacturing floor with technical solutions.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze, review, and approve Customer ECOs (Engineering Change Orders) to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Implement approved ECO changes across production lines and test equipment.
- Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance checks on manufactured products.
- Document test results, engineering data, and process changes accurately.
- Collaborate with production engineers to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing defects.
- Update engineering documentation, including Bill of Materials (BOM) and work instructions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of ECO processes and Engineering Change Management.
- Familiarity with testing equipment and manufacturing tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is preferred.
